This title is actually a 200IQ poker play. By not adding clickbait it clickbaited me to see if the video was good due to lack of clickbait. Top tier play good job brad
Unfortunately not the case for most people. It’s getting significantly less views. Just wanted to do a test. Confirmed that I need to go back to how I was doing titles.
Very much enjoyed the way you played in this vlog. Fishing more often for the vlogs I get, but the reason most of us watch in my opinion is to learn how to play smarter, and here you did just that. Appreciate all the content though😉.
You know it’s serious when the title is just the episode number lmao. Been really enjoying your content for a couple years now. You’re genuinely skilled and always fun to watch 👍
Obviously not the most action packed vlog you’ve put out, but still appreciate the quality, insights to your thoughts during the hands, and of course the humor we all love. 🤣 Great job as always, hope to play with you in a MUG next time I come to Vegas, or if I make it to The Lodge next time you’re there (since I missed a chance yesterday!) Good luck at the tables.
Thanks for showing more folds. Imo calling/raising with the nuts is something that’s easy and that everyone can do. Laying down big hangs takes discipline and it’s something us amateurs need to see more from poker vlogs
I think it’s really satisfying to see you make disciplined folds. I learn a lot from your videos but noticed I play very loosely as a result of watching your plays but recently I’ve taught myself to fold when my gut tells me to or when it’s clear I’m beat, and I’ve started turning a profit as soon as I implemented that discipline. Seeing this vlog makes me feel more confident about my game. appreciate you brad!
Sure, most people love to see massive all in flops but, I think that true fans just want to see you play well. You made some excellent lay downs and it was fun to watch. Keep up the great work, Brad.
Personally I like this kind of session. I think a lot of poker contents only revolves around the BIGGEST HANDS!!!!!!!!!! and I've always just appreciated the more everyday content produced because it's a much better representation of what goes on in the poker world. Anyways, I love your vids, Brad. They're always so genuine and informative and honestly helps me to be a better player. Cheers, man, I hope life treats you well.
Yes Brad. Discipline. "Eat a small loss and move on." Later, "Saving money is just as important as winning it." I learned a long time ago from an old, "seasoned" Craps player, " It's not how much you win, it's how much you don't lose."
Have to also add that this was single-handedly the best line ever … “We made a boat so small that only a baby can drive it” - Brad Owen with 3’s full of deuces (Especially when the opponent turns over 6’s for a straight… makes the win so much better)
Love the videos and commentating 7:33 a boat so small only a baby could drive classic keep up the good work. Such a good channel and person love the entertainment.
First comment, long time viewer. THIS video is what separates you from so many other poker vloggers. Showing disciplined play and its importance to realistic results, instead of calling/raising for glory every time. You are an excellent choice as a poker ambassador, because you truly speak to players who need someone they relate to and make it easier to learn from. I will definitely see you at a MUG sometime, cheers.
Your very good at this Brad! Your so genuine. It's awesome to watch been a fan and subscriber for a very long time. And I'm still watching because it's just so good! You have also come a very long way as a player. Thanks man for giving me something to look forward to each week. And for teaching us a thing or two about this great game. Your awesome
Just played my first session of live poker. (Hustler-LA) Been watching your videos for over a year. Won 1260 over 5 hours. It’s crazy that I can hear your play by play while I’m playing. Thanks man! See you in June
Brad thank for this video! Did an awesome job on this one, seeing the folds you made today gave me a better idea on how to play out in the tables. I appreciate you!
"And is destined to give us his whole stack which consists of $220 future Bradley dollars" 😆😆😆 The delivery of the commentary Brad, the delivery, just flawless
i really enjoyed seeing more of the preflop plays and the folds. as a newer player it's helpful hearing what your thoughts are on the mundane hands that make up a large chunk of a session
Great work. I really enjoy how you break down hands and your thought process. I look forward to someday running into you at the tables and meeting you.
Like the new format…Really appreciate your authenticity, I hope you continue to continue to maintain being genuine, I believe that is the key to your success. Thanks Brad.
I am loving your editing, and your use of music especially your victory music when it goes pum! pum! Right in sync with your video very cool.. Love to see you Win.....
it was really cool to watch how disciplined you played this vlog, Brad. As fun as it is to get it in and play brazen, its also cool to watch you play very decisively.
Ashley Simpson dig...... then a "Names Ash...." instant back to back references... good God you need to write for half the sitcoms on tv and movies.. serious side.. your 'restraint" was as good a lesson as any you have shown... and the WHY, helped as well..
I love this. I love poker. This is so helpful. Brad, you playing a little more disciplined seems to get you a profit more often. I've seen you make a lot of calls that maybe without the Vlog you wouldn't have. I'm too loose when I play and as a result i lost my last outing calling an all in with Kings and 4's and lost to 3 7's. I knew I should have laid it down but the gambler in me called. I believe that because of your more disciplined playing lately its going to make me a force out there. I have to remember its about making money and enjoying the game. Its more fun when you cash. Thanks Brad!!!
I am watching the videos since you used to play 2-5 and see the growth and it's been awesome. The disciplined way of play is crucial when you play tournaments I hope you win one someday
Hey Brad, Just a friendly reminder that a majority of us don’t tune in to see monster hands, we just thoroughly enjoy watching you play! Also, be mindful that a lot of people are tuning in to learn from you, so it’s super insightful to see discipline lay downs from you. A lot of new players would have a hand with an ace and feel it’s necessary to play it through and not fold it. It’s great knowing how to play great hands, but it’s also great knowing and seeing how to fold ok hands. Awesome job as always contributing and sharing with poker community! I’ve learned so much from watching you play!
This is more like it. Solid cash poker. Blocker bets, check calling, smart lay downs. Well played sir and don’t worry about making it exciting all the time.
i love these videos. texas games are fun to watch but for me watching you play in these smaller cash games help alot more with my game than the bigger games you play. great content either way!!
I would watch even more content from you. Went to my first real game last month (after watching you for some time), pretty huge emotions going on while playing - and I got to the FT, really interesting. Big hug from Blumenau, Brazil.
Hi Brad have been watching for a while now :D , just want to make a suggestion for the UI - instead of highlighting yourself as [ME] when you indicate your action for a moment, can you put next to the starting stack your position each hand so we know where you are the whole time.
When I played poker first time when I turned 21, I flipped my card over saying “trips” without realizing I had also made a straight. The opponent got real happy for 5 sec before the dealer realized I had a straight too. Straights are so hard to see when you are beginning lol My hand: 98 Board: T788j
I have to admit, my ears prick up when i get a notification of a new episode and another that doesn't disappoint. I think what i liked best this time was your recognition of new players, obviously they are sat down to play and the cash is fair game, but the respect you show without a few rub downs and never tapping that tank of new fish.
That AQ suited fold was COLD AF 🧊 I would’ve called there, & that could be the difference between a loss and survival tho - good on you that decision, it will stick with me as a lesson cheers great video!
The man, the myth, the BRAD! Fucking love your videos man, been a fan for a while. You’ve taught me so much in poker! Love from College station, Texas mr. brad
Really enjoying your segments - as an Austinite and proud, early member/supporter of the Lodge (#383) excited to have you boys in town. Will be leaving something for you with the staff. Would love to catch up, in person, sometime. Keep’em comin’. -Skwrl
Is there an optimal or max number of hours for a session? Was having this discussion with a buddy. He said 4-6 hour max. anything more, mentally might not be as sharp. I say, as long as you're making sound decisions, can play as long as you can.
Love to see the discipline! Honestly it must be extremely difficult to play that way knowing you are making a video for our entertainment! But truth be told, as slow action as the game was, I thoroughly enjoyed this video, the pointers, the commentary, and realness of the video made it absolutely great. Keep up the run good!
Keep up the good work Brad! Inspiring to watch your insight and see you learn through mistakes. Was for sure early on you were going to make that same river call into the trap.
I was so scared that you were gonna hit the str8 flush, and you were gonna announce the end of the vlog lol I see the our boy Mclovin in the background!🤣
It's an amazing feeling when you crush pocket aces with jiggities while watching Brad, that too death with quads. Loads of Bradley "rupees" coming my way.
Hi Brad. Can you explain more of why limping in so much is not good for play? Nothing elaborate but maybe just briefly in the hands. A lot of us are amateurs and don't understand these basics
Love the preflop content and the small pots you've added with all the nuance. What do you use to record your hands at the table? The quality looks pristine. Love the videos Brad and keep it up!

2022 - the year of the non-clickbaity clickbaity titles. I'm all for it!
Vlog metagame
Unfortunately not the case for most people. It’s getting significantly less views. Just wanted to do a test. Confirmed that I need to go back to how I was doing titles.
@@BradOwenPoker I almost didn’t click just because I didn’t realize it was one of your videos haha. When I read the user I was like oh okay!
I love you Brad
Even I couldn’t come up with a clickbaity title for this one
“Driving the babies boat” 😭
“Live at the Bellagio” would probably draw eyes.
Love from Romania i hope u coming one time to play in our country
I don't think so you need clickbait titles anymore🔥🔥
Very much enjoyed the way you played in this vlog. Fishing more often for the vlogs I get, but the reason most of us watch in my opinion is to learn how to play smarter, and here you did just that. Appreciate all the content though😉.
"We make a boat so small only a baby could drive it." LOL Brad's always lowkey hilarious in the vlogs.
That’s what I’m saying it’s the quick quips that get me🤣🤣
So glad someone brought this up, I was cackling when he made this comment.
I was sat here watching this video actually laugh out loud then the first comment I see is yours fucking dead ahahahaha
thats the bit that got me XD
You mean corny?
You know it’s serious when the title is just the episode number lmao. Been really enjoying your content for a couple years now. You’re genuinely skilled and always fun to watch 👍
I went right to the comments to see who else caught that haha
Me too!
lmao Agree, this episode is so cute, just like brad :)
In the past Brad would have made a click baity title but he's trying to be more disciplined.
Brads commentary just makes these videos that much more satisfying and entertaining to watch. Keep the run good going!
Obviously not the most action packed vlog you’ve put out, but still appreciate the quality, insights to your thoughts during the hands, and of course the humor we all love. 🤣 Great job as always, hope to play with you in a MUG next time I come to Vegas, or if I make it to The Lodge next time you’re there (since I missed a chance yesterday!) The quality of the vlogs has been steadily increasing week over week. Love to see the progression Brad!

Me and my little brother have been watching since the beginning! Proud of you man !! Love to see it !
“Our hand had a ton of potential, but just like Ashlee Simpson, it ends up being a big disappointment” 🤣🤣 so many good jokes this vlog Brad

“We make a boat so small that only a baby could drive it.” LOL i couldn’t stop laughing when you said this

I Liked seeing the folds. The comment that is not just about winning but protecting or saving was great to hear. Good Skill Brad

I agree, but since we’re talking about a man’s livelihood, I don’t mind the the usual titles
Turning an open ended straight flush draw on a paired board!
Thanks Brad Loved this Vlog! It epitomizes what can happen in a lot of the sessions we have.
I love love watching these vids he makes them quick great to understand and even better to watch by far the best poker channel.
An episode or 2 ago you said “let’s begin” instead of “let’s get started” and it still hasn’t sat right with me. Love the content!
