As i learn it. Don't too often press sprint button (R2/RT). From GK just pass the ball 1 by 1 CB->CDM/CM-->then till pass to ur Winger get the ball. Sprint or do something skill move till reach the penalty box near line corner then turn back pass back to ur midfield then immedietly find option to pass L1+X/LB+A (one two pass) boom suddenly ur player solo on penalty box.. remember don't press too often R2/RT just walk or use Left stick drible from GK to ur winger
