Can we use the endo tip for irrigation activatiom by turning off the water knob ?
Or it should be used under water flow only?

The first two demos on teeth were horrific- if you use an ultrasonic scaler that way you will damage the tooth!! Never use the tip pointed at the tooth or enamel, use the side of the tip. The third demo was at least not using the tip on the tooth, though the technique was a little odd. I have used it. The scaler works well when used properly with certified/licensed training and education.
