Unlike our birth cert and passport which we have original copies in hand here. Can you give me clarity on that please?

Nelly, please did you pay for the pickup via DHL? If yes, how much please? My sister's interview was done today and got the same results like yours "Refused" but they have her passport and everything and they've urge us to add additional documents so probably, it's a positive news.

Please if its work sponsoring and the bank statement of the work place is attached, since payslip is required too must one add the personal bank statement aside the payslip tho work is the one sponsoring? Any idea
@@bernicekumah3904 I’m not 100% sure but what I do know is that, you submit the bank statement or affidavit of support of anyone that has been documented as a sponsor. Which means that, if a work place is sponsoring, you attach that. If you’re also sponsoring in addition to the work place you attach that as well. But if the work place is the only sponsor and you feel that you should add a personal one, then you should. It’s better to have it and be safe than to not have it and it’ll be required.

IR2 and Yes , I have received both. I was just asked to show my passport and I was asked where I’m going. Then she asked if they should mail my green card to the address I had given them. That was it.

Yes. Submit original copies of the documents you already sent to nvc
