i wholeheartedly agree with what your saying because deadlines are a big no no for me but knowing that you have something coming up motivates you to get it done. i find that there are a lot of projects people will complete if they know it has to be finished by a certain date. altering deadlines like giving yourself an extension is great but posting sporadically can sometimes not push you to put your art out. again, i do really agree with you but its just something to think about 🤎
i think the creative process is something that should take on a life of its own and i think your channel has become that, it’s its own entity. just because you’ve set parameters for yourself that you’d upload weekly, it doesn’t mean you can never change those parameters. i love seeing your videos and if you feel as though the weekly uploads prohibit you from making the full extent of the art you want to put out there, don’t feel pressured. i’d rather see one video a month from you knowing you were able to fully complete your creative process rather than watch four with the understanding that it may not be your full potential. as always, such a pleasure to see the notification that you posted :)
