BRW Who DID Trap Mrs. Afton in that Animatronic Cupcake; Was it an Animatronic; and is the reason Mrs. Afton is afraid of animatronics was because An Entity that resembles an Animatronic was the one who trapped her in that animatronic Cupcake?!!
Yeah she's never met him on the show, but since William founded the original Pizzeria that Freddy worked at she was bound to meet him at one point. So yeah it was (or at least it's implied/the only reasoning I can think of since I know for a fact the two have never met on show) before she got trapped in the cupcake! :3
