The real problem is that your character is really not ready to go Agroprom underground. Actually he is not ready to go in any map, but just staying in Cordon and Garbage to make some money and get some proper gear. Go underground only if you have the mission to do it, otherwise it's a waste of bullets. You should have a decent armor, helmet, gun, and a few meds to go outside Cordon and Garbage and even more to go underground. My advice is be patient and stay around the Rookie Village to collect materiale and fix your first real gun and armor.
By the way, have you figured out how the heal system actually works? How to heal your limbs, head and torso?

There is not really anything to get, they give me a mission. I got hard beyond reason and I lack patience
