im using python 3.11.7 and using dlib cp311
this is the output : dlib is already installed with the same version as the provided wheel. Use --force-reinstall to force an installation of the wheel.
It tried to install the face-recognition again and the same problem occurred

3.7 is best uninstall the 3.11 and install 3.7 and follow video instructions
