He ended up ordering a hit on Sparks and was the first person in the country to be convicted of ordering a murder from jail. I used to hear so many stories about Sparks too, I went to school in Peckham and grew up around Elephant and Castle. Sparks was a very big name around them areas and in young offenders them days, always knocking people out.
