    DeKalb County Commissioner Robert Patrick presented a town hall conversation on the homelessness epidemic in DeKalb County, GA. The event was held at Mercer University- Atlanta Campus Administration and Conference Centers Auditorium on April 12, 2024. The event featured three sessions along with a Q&A. The sessions covered issues such as:
    -The overall state of homelessness and the factors that are contributing to the increase.
    -The services that are currently available to the Dekalb County homeless community and how they can improve their reach.
    -Discussion of how to combine resources from local, state, and the federal level to further assist the homeless community.
