No one with a panel gap gauge but just a visual inspection is fine? No overhead LED tube lights just side, I guess there is never a paint defect on a bonnet or roof? Many of the spot welds are done manually, I hope no one has ever forgotten a weld
I would never buy another Honda made from Thailand, really poor quality. Passenger seat adjustment bar rattles since brand new, multiple locations showing rust even inside the engine bay, rear-wheel brake cylinder leaks oil, the car was rarely driven with only 35000 km on the clock and it is parked in an undercover garage. My previous Honda was made in Japan, had it for 10 years without a single problem other than the tail light water leak which was a common problem for late model DC5 Integra/RSX. It was a simple fix by changing the new improved version gasket.
How do you know that USA is better than this? This is the newest production line called "ARC line (assembly resolution cell)". It has 4 workers per 1 unit of ARC that can reduce the wasted movement of worker.

Thailand honda make car low quality. Should be do assemble body part using robot 100%. Not human. It can copy paste to the accident car. So danger.
