There are several places that sell them. I just googled it and found this:

I have a problem with the rotation of my front wheel, change brake pads, clean the capillary or calipers up to the pistons, change brake fluid, but when lifting the front wheel and turning it by hand it is difficult for it to turn. when driving the motorcycle this causes the motorcycle to strain when leaving rest.

This could also be worn or broken wheel bearings. If you take out the front wheel you can feel inside and see if the bearings are moving easily.

Hi! It's from 2013, the last model.
Mine doesn't have ABS.
