I love the 16-SD-FL. When connecting LED building or street lights, do they need to be 3v or 12v?

Can be either voltage if you put resistors on the LEDs.

@@DCCtrainautomation The lodi operator 16-SD-FL 1K is designed to mount LED without a ballast resistor.

For connecting mtb point motors, what delay settings are used? When I used the default it moves only a small amount in 1 direction then repeats on multiple clicks of the switch before eventually doing the same on the return. This is using MTB 5 and the 4-WD-AC. Thanks

Can the 16-SD-FL be used with other DCC systems? Can it just be connected to a DCC bus?

If you are using iTrain then yes you can use the LoDI-Shift-command access network which will then allow you to use the 16-SD-FL to control your signals in iTrain. But no you can not connect to your DCC bus no. What Digital system do you run?

Hi @@DCCtrainautomation Thank you for the swift reply..! I am still mulling over a full switch to Lodi or YaMoRC but possibly keeping my ECoS. However, having watched Charlie's latest video at Chadwick MR I did suggest he have a look at the Lodi but he does have a rather large investment in DigiTrax hence the question..!

@@patrickhunt8644 I think you should call me to discuss this further. As the two system are very different in many ways. But both have some very useful functions.
