All they do is come back at an opportune time. The blood of Jesus was shed to keep them far far away from you. There was this voodoo African priest who worked with dark magic and said when REAL Christians were praying and he was doing the astral stuff where you go outside your own body to try and mess up someone’s life, he couldn’t get through the Christians home who prayed because it was like a wall of impenetrable fire. Trust in the Lord Jesus of your seriously having these issues and pray to the aloes to get in control of your mind. Also if put away the horror games and movies as they definitely won’t help you in this situation. Be at peace man.

Also most people don't play with the lights off, headphones and high volume. I gurnatee more people would have their heart rates spiking if they did. Also streaming knowing you have hundreds or thousands of people watching can also take away anxiety that you would normally have otherwise.

Deadass the best way to make a scary situation less scary is to turn it into an action situation. Fighting a monster is way less scary than sitting in the pitch black for 30 mins waiting for it to attack you

When I was in junior high school my neighborhood had a bunch of break ins and us kids on the bus were talking about out plans if they were to break into our homes. MINE was to grab my father's AK, even though I couldn't get to the ammo, take all my clothes off, and stand at the top of the stairs. When They saw me, I would then shriek as loudly as possible. I was pretty tall for my age, like 5'11 and bone skinny, I looked like a malnourished zombie. I understood the value of psychological warfare at a very young age.
