@OttoResolve I don't even control them, I don't wanna spend the valour points. So the war pony just inspires whoever he's close too then charges through a bunch, then gets a regular attack to tie up enemies. Big unit, great for blocking up choke points, same as bear 🙏
@OttoResolve one of my guys ate our first pony, his name was Lucky 😆, because I ran an experiment on the crew, see how long they could eat Happiness... turns out; 3 rests... then the unhappy maluses become untenable. So 4th rest I gave them a feast to make up for the experiment... she woke up still starving complaining she wasn't fed, gave option to eat horse to gain trait 'like a horse' or something like that... doubles carry weight of that person. Sorry Lucky, but that's a pretty tidy deal, couldn't pass it up 😅💯😉😆
I like the idea of having a specific tool, for each specific task... as opposed to one tool, for every task... When all you've got is a hammer, every problem starts looking like a nail 🙏💯
I know right! That's why I was so shocked. I thought it was the guard that caught me. I also didn't want to wait around to see what they were gonna do with him.
@Dropbear I know, that's what I was worried about. I would have preferred to rest and get some of the bonuses for combat from some of the food. But I didn't want to risk them taking Otto to jail in the mean time.
Yes, as Aenyseus said. I've been moving a lot of trade goods. The horses help with the carry capacity. Also, the horses, when equipped with horseshoes, are nice to increase movement speed on the map.
War pony is a great tank that only needs food... I use my animals as decoys and damage sponges
Interesting tactic. It's not a bad idea. I don't know if I'm ballsy enough to try my horses as war ponies.

I replaced him with Lucky II 😆
That's brilliant @dropbear. I may have to run some experiments myself at some point.
This is why pikeman is so valuable... not his damage, his ability to waste their turns and lock down a threat 🙏
I'm going to have to give the pikeman a try. Currently we have a halberdier.
@OttoResolve I'm gonna get 1 of every class and animal lol
Wish me luck, it's gonna get real pricey on wages and food 😅
Expert, expert, region locked

That should be interesting @dropbear. Let me know how it works out.
I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW BANDITS COULD CAPTURE PEOPLE! 🤯
I know right! That's why I was so shocked. I thought it was the guard that caught me. I also didn't want to wait around to see what they were gonna do with him.
@OttoResolve I wonder if they take him to jail? Just like we do to them lol

@@OttoResolve what if they can convert him?! And he becomes a part of the bandit troop?
I'm very curious now... I feel an experiment coming on 🧐😅
Any news about ur capture kinnaped crew?
Why so much horses?
He's playing an overal trade campaign, by stealing trade goods and selling them after cleaning them. :)

Ahh I see
Your indecision lost me.
