There were absolutely no instructions. Good job!
Pointless video, learnt nothing. “Thats how you paint a cinder block wall” without showing the “how”
"Next week, we'll show you how to make a million dollars, easily!"
LOL thats hilarious
I live in California, and I would like to paint my block wall, that is next to a pool. Do I need to primer the wall, and if so, which primer do you recommend. Secondly, what paint do u recommend. Thank you.
Yes, we recommend a good bonding primer coat. We use Dunn-Edwards products exclusively. I would recommend a product from them called Ultra-Grip. We normally use only the most premium paint for our projects calle Evershield. However, on doing a wall only I would be comfortable with SpartaShield or Arci-Hues.
"And, that's how to paint a cinderblock wall"....No, that's why, it's not how.
I’m painting my cinder block wall and Behr has a combination Masonry primer and paint combined. Do you see an issue with that?
Joanne,
Without seeing the quality of the surface directly it's hard to advise over the internet! With that said... On CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit... or cinderblock) you can typically use a paint/primer without issue. Paint can, technically, act as a primer... it's generally just not very good at being a primer. For this you are wanting a "bonding" primer. Due to the very porous nature of cinderblock there is rarely a "bonding" issue. Additionally, because of nature of cinderblock it can take A LOT of paint to make it look good. We call cinderblock fences "paint eaters". Hope this helps and feel free to write back if you have more questions.
do it. I've seen it done all the time. Behr and KILLZ has good paints for t hse walls. I don't need to see it to tell you you can do it
Ummm...I think 15 minutes of video between your intro and "that's how you paint a cynderblock wall" got deleted, cause I didn't see any tips or instruction on how to paint a wall. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
The little music rimshot was a perfect way to end this Rick roll video 🤡
