hoyo really needs to give us more 4* hydro characters. aside from mona and mc, everyone else is a limited that only shows up when they feel like it
It’s feel like they know Hydro is the best element in this game, which is why they are purposely make most of them 5* so that players will spend more money on them.

Candace does buff hp. And she buffs dmg with her hp too
@@snowparodyshe buffs the damage for normal attack only that scales on her hp but not giving hp to on field character like Benett who buffs the atk.
@wews2047 oh my bad, it was Yelan c4 that buffs ally hp, it wasn't Candace

I had no idea Candace was that good I might build her now
She’s got some fun teams. My favorite so far is with Xiangling, Xianyun, and Bennett. Xianyun or Bennett can be replaced with Furina too. Shatterbloom is fun too for events with lots of waves of enemies. The upside too is she’s less prone to being benched since she’s actually good in Nilou and Ayato teams, plus being a side grade to Yunjin for units like Kokomi, Wanderer, and Yoimiya. She’s really not a great unit, but she can be a lot of fun.
