While the glitz and glamour of the home inside and outside is extremely well thought out..I personally, am all about location. Love having the option for the fenced in yard, the green space for grandkids and your own children to play in the community space as well. To build a community out and have every home be sold is great. *Especially with the pandemic going on.* In my opinion, when a community is all done building houses the only downside that I have is looking directly at other homes ‘backyards’ around the ‘retention pond.’ Not just the views of the water and the pond itself. That’s what happens when a community builds homes only so close together. That even neighbors don’t have a decent backyard to run around their dogs with, never mind not needing to fertilize or mow ones own lawn. Yes you have the view of the pond behind your home which is a great feature and one of the big selling points. In reference to this certain model home. For any homeowner looking to buy and live in 21 Mile (or any other subdivision within the Nocatee developments) definitely need to remember & bear in mind that wanting or hoping to live peacefully and privately on your property ‘whether it be inside our outside’ is certainly not the same as living in upstate New York, the Dakota states, or like living in the Midwest states.
