My worst fear for the Royal rumble, is that Stephanie McMahon will win the women's rumble, and Shane will win the Men's.

Remember the rumble when all three commentators were surprise entrants...JBL, Michael Cole, and Jerry Lawler. Their music would hit, they'd leave the commentating desk and jump in the ring...then get eliminated shortly after and return to commentating lol. Wouldnt surprise me if Stephanie is in it.
Even though there was a lot of hate on Cole around that time due to his annoying heel turn, I have to admit seeing all three of those guys criticize each other about getting entered into the Rumble, only for them to all enter it eventually was hilarious. Not to mention, if I remember correctly, that was the 40-man Rumble that year, so they had more room to mess around.
With Rousey already favorite to be the "surprise entrant" and also winner of the Women's Rumble, I would rather not have other "surprises". I'm of the opinion that the winner of the first ever Women's Rumble should be a full-timer who's already established. They would only be giving it to Rousey because of the pop it would cause on the night. As for Steph, her entering it would only cause boos, and not because she's a heel.
For the Rumble, Roman is like Asuka. Majority think they'll win, but they probably won't...
Here what will happen for my opinion?
5. Dean ambrose returns as dress up as cm punk and hits cm punk theme
4.Tye Dillinger - turns heel
3.Garett Bischoff debuts - like when aj styles did
2. Bobby Lashley
1 . EC3 - like when the Dudley Boyz did but in rumble

That's definitely a possibility from two recent events regarding him one being that a indy show he was scheduled to be on this Sunday he's no longer in and he was spotted in Florida at the WWE's performance center a few days ago.
Hopefully and hopefully he gets to keep ec3 and not Derrick baitman

1) Keep the ECIII name. Just change what the 'C' means.

BA7ARO he does own the name now though and Impact has that agreement where you can use there gimmicks after leaving. I think he will use the name EC3 and not have it stand for anything.

First time watching. Highly entertaining and IMO, spot on! How about ECIII though?
One of two things would get the most insane pop at the rumble.
1: A gong being rung and the lights dimming.
2: Flight of the Valkyries begins playing.
Drew McIntyre would have been great to see in the Rumble match. Maybe have a face to face moment with Jinder Mahal before both team up and start attacking everyone maybe even eliminating a few people before Jinder turns on Drew and eliminates him. Anyway someone like Ohno could be that NXT entrant and do something similar with Cesaro. Strong or Black would also be good.
It would be incredibly exciting to see Drew McIntyre in the royal rumble, but i think this is highly unlikely since he suffered a torn bicep and is reported to be out of action for 6 months. I do expect the Big Show to participate for one last before he retires in late February 2018.

Mark Henry and Big Show ( or at least one of them ) have to be in this! It's the only time they get to look strong all year and with the triple threat later in evening, that drops down the amount of big guy in the match to barely any

The royal rumble is the last match on the card and the main event not the Universal match so either kane or braun could enter as it is highly unlikely that Lesnar won't retain in that match. that will probably be your big guy. But a rumble without big show would be less entertaining for some reason, I think.

Nathan Russo I think Jeff would have a decent fight with Brock but I think he would make 5 star match with Aj Styles and potentially win but that’s just what I would want to happen

I think a pissed off Strowman who is livid that Lesnar retained by pinning Kane would be massively entertaining. In regards to other potential surprise entrances, I'd love to see either EC3 or Lashley (who would be my ideal pick to win and set up a dream match with Lesnar).

I don't want to see Roman, Cena or Orton win. They have all won before if they want another title shot let them get it another way. Royal Rumble is a huge achievement and i hope someone who hasn't won it before wins this year.

Lone Gamer WHAT? By that logic in the last Rumble Roman shouldn't been number 30 in the Rumble match, since he had already a match against KO that night. And tag teams compete in the Rumble all the time (The bar last year). People can hold more than one title, you know? (Not that Seth is gonna win sadly, but same).
I'd love to see Seth show up and WIN. And there's already a built-in storyline: Brock gets to avenge Seth's theft of his title with the cash-in at Wrestlemania. I know they've already used that angle but not at The Show of Shows.

There is a story going around we could see a huge return at the rumble or some wiould say debut even though he has been in the WWE before. Former IMPACT WRESTLING champion EC3. He was DEREK BATEMAN in NXT for those that don't know. He has the rights to the EC3 name so he can use it. He has left IMPACT WRESTLING and has been spotted at the WWE performance centre. We could also see James Storm return as he has also left IMPACT WRESTLING.

Actually, nineteen were confirmed by the end of Smackdown. Prior to the January 19th broadcast, on WWE.com, they uploaded an episode of Fashion Files where Tyler said something along the lines of 'we're supposed to be telling the WWE Universe that we're going to be entering the Royal Rumble'

Regarding the woman's RR match, I think Lita didn't appear on Raw 25 because she'll be a surprise entrant. Would have lost some 'wow' factor had she been at Raw. She still works for WWE, so the 'no invite' was just a ruse.

batista is not coming back for a stupid rumble cameo he's a hollywood mega star, he'll be back for bigger and better things than sharing a rumble with that freak daniel bryan who ruined his comeback in 2014.

Batista said on JR's podcast that the only way he will come back if it was for a long run. He said he does not want a one and done experience. He wants to do it all the TV house shows and be there for atleast 6 months to a year run.
yeah he did say that but he also said the only thing that'll get him back is a feud with triple h so unless its'a 6 month build i can't see why he'd come back in a rumble match where his last run started on a sour note. he's a smart business man, he won't do that run again so i don't blame him for having demands

I’m hoping Shinsuke wins and they book a Shinsuke vs Styles at Mania. Look up the clip when they fought each other during money in the bank. That pop was crazy and the fight only lasted about 2 mins. We all know AJ can put on 5 Star matches with anyone and we all know Shinsuke still has the crowd, so why not?
