    A collection of 15 pole dance spins for the spinning pole (from beginners to advanced), that I use to create a seamless and fluid transition into climbing.
    They would help you practice creating shapes low on the pole and get used to spinning, before you move higher. They are also a great starting point for creating combos and a fluid transition into tricks. Why? Read here: www.thepoledanc...
    And the best thing about it - I’ll release 1-minute short video tutorials for each spin.

      Many thanks, I've been looking for "dancer pole" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Menincoln Feyria Method - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

    I love your videos! My pole studio only teaches on the static pole. I have a static/spinning pole at home, but have had trouble finding good online tutorials for beginners' spinning pole moves. Yours are the best I've found so far! I just wish you had more for beginners. And I love your style. You flow so beautifully.

    I am interested in pole dancing but wonder about when do you have to have a spinner pole to spin around and around. Or can this be replicated with out spinner pole

    • @bedhead-studio
      @bedhead-studio 5 років тому

      Candi Franklin some of these you can do on a static pole, but you won’t get as many rotations. It looks like most of these really need spin.

    • @lindalay3403
      @lindalay3403 4 роки тому

      you can do the attitude and hook spins without spin, but most of these do need a spin pole

    It looks impressive. But it might be easy just for you as a professional, while beginners (like me) cannot perform none of these moves. The ease with which you perform these moves might demotivate beginners. Maybe you can explain the techique more in detail to beginners in further videos.
