I will make a note of your request and will make a tutorial of it when I get a chance. I still have several other videos recorded that I need to edit and post but I will eventually get to this one. I like to make request videos.
You mean, how did I learn to make one? I learned a single balloon design from a book many years ago and I modified it to make it larger and more colorful.
