When I was a cast I used to go watch it every week, it's so fantastic. Lion king isn't my fav movie, far from my top actually but thx to this show I love it more now
So many wonderful and interesting choices in musical genres, set design, costuming, choreography, and more...but hands down, the mashup of "Endless Night" and "He Lives in You" is an incredible and emotional gut-punch. Bravo!
Texting this out tomorrow; It’s almost midnight😂 Saw the play in B’way back in the early 2000’s TWICE! Loved how the Parisians did this! Never fails to be a tear jerker😭😭BEST PLAY EVER!!!❤
@@vladixv idk, I mean, we are a family of four, and we managed to get in just fine without any ticket, 20 minutes before the show began. The line of people waiting was very long, and we were near the end of it so we had almost no hope of getting in, yet the theater was big enough for everyone to sit down. I'd say, go early, at least 40-50 minutes before the show to wait in line, and maybe you'll have good places without buying anything
Watching this makes me want to start my life all over again and become a Theatrical Dancer and land a part in the Lion King! I want a part in the B’way production, and after watching this, I want to perform in the Paris version as well!
Hello, does anyone happen to know if Chris Moses continues as Rafiki and what are the names of Nala, Simba, Mufasa and Scar? I would be happy if I got an answer. Thanks
First of all kudos for this musical, I keep watching it on video. Hello, I have 3 questions. The 1st is Rafiki still played by Chris Moses?? And the 2nd would be who plays Nala, Simba, Mufasa and Scar?? The 3. What became of the group that performed at the Paris train station? I hope that I might get an answer from someone
Hey! If it didnt change, Rafiki is now played by Tony Irving, Nala is mostly played by Rebecca Pirmis and Simba by Thierry Picaut 😉 There is a documentary on this show avalaible on UA-cam if you are interested!
@@poisonedapple5784Do you know who plays the other Timon and the other Simba(who looks a bit like Michael Jackson) they were great but I can't find anything about the cast.
This show on the video is really beautiful but it is nothing like the musical that you can stil see around the globe. We saw the musical at the Lyceum Theater last sunday in London, it is sooooo great! You really have to see it if you love The Lion King!
My favorite Disney movie of all time all time the Best film From Disney ever Good soundtrack Good songs Great cast End credits sang By Mr John At the end
Wonderful this show, very good everyone! Wow wonderful! But now they no longer do the show Frozen Hyperion and Mickey Mouse and Magician, as well as show the mascots and the princes above the stage?
Hey, Do you need to buy ticket for this show separately? Or this is included in the parking ticket? If it's included in parking ticket, then how can I secure a seat here?? Thanks in advance !
@@NitinJinagalyou don't need to pay for this separately to your park tickets, however it gets full very quickly so you can pay to secure a seat in advance if you choose
This updated version is sacrilege, it looks like a an amateur reworking of the original. Just awful awful. The spirit and heart has gone, leaving a ghastly version of the original. It needs the previous cast with the fantastic Nick Afoa. Fired for no good reason. No trace of Africa 🌍 left. Andrew South Africa.
You do realise that this is not the worldwide Lion King musical, right? It's a half hour show at Disneyland Paris in which Nick Afoa has never starred.
This blew me away when I saw it live. Actually couldn't believe they gave us a whole mini musical for free
Same
It's not free bro, you buy almost 100 euro ticket for it.
It gave me goosebumps and tears for the entire show. This was the best thing I ever seen and I'll never forget it. Simply perfect
Absolutely fantastic show, well worth seeing. I'm 64 and it brought a tear to my eye. Don't miss it, make this show your priority over the others.
