VAN MAHOTSAV PERFORMANCE.....

In a vibrant celebration of nature and our commitment to environmental conservation, Rassaz International School proudly hosted the annual Van Mahotsav and inaugurated our new Eco Club. This event marks a significant step towards fostering a culture of ecological responsibility and sustainability among our students and the wider school community.
The event kicked off with a melodious rendition by our school choir on importance of trees. Students from various classes participated enthusiastically, in various events like poem recitation, enactment of Chipko movement and a thought-provoking dance number on Forest conservation. The school's principal, Ms. Shagufta Parkar, highlighted the importance of green cover in maintaining ecological balance and combating climate change during the opening speech. She congratulated all the students who brought saplings for the plantation drive.
The highlight of the event was the inauguration of the Eco Club. The Eco Club’s logo was unveiled by the Principal who also explained the meaning behind the logo. The club objectives were highlighted by the in-charges and students were encouraged to become members by planting a sapling.
By instilling a love for nature and a sense of responsibility towards the environment, we at RIS are empowering our students to become proactive stewards of the planet.
