Last month I finally had to leave my workplace and go do other things, apart from the CTO, I had the most experience with other teammates not that much so they'd always do things in less good ways and they wouldn't listen, yes we got to the point of resentment and civil war, I had to leave to have my peace, it was like my job was holding me back, I always had to put guardrails on myself and my skills trying to fit in, see things crash before my eyes knowing what could have been better, it's the worst workplace you can have, you better leave no matter what it takes, thanks for the video, Fredrik.
