Let's hear it for storing in a heated building with 50 amp electric hook up, but I use to store our trailer in a campground so I agree with each step. I sanitize the water system at least once a year. If you're using the tanks a lot with water from numerous sources, I'd recommend 2-3 times a year.
I am a bit concerned by your suggestion that hydrogen peroxide is going to sanitize your fresh water tank. According to my research, this is not effective unless you use gallons of it. The best thing to use would be bleach and it shouldn't affect your seals as its diluted.
Will you be doing a How to Winterize your RV? The Owners Manual is so complicated and I’m not sure about the information on the other RV You Tube channels. Love to see your “How To” for winterizing. We live in Prescott AZ so the winters aren’t too severe.
On the tires...I would add, check the date code. Trailer tires are notoriously bad. They make look great but be 6 years old or more. Don’t take chances, replace them!

Jared’s background is in construction and we have taken a couple of side jobs over the last couple of years to make ends meet until we can live full time off of UA-cam and amazon affiliate link. This year we would love to not have to do any construction jobs.
When you're sanitizing your unit do you run the hydrogen peroxide through your hot water heater as well or do you have the bypass valves on? Also do you always run maximum air pressure in your tires or just fill to the recommended cold ambient air psi?
We have a Surburban sw6de water heater that is gas and electric, but only has one on/off switch on the outside on the heater. Is there anything I need to do except turn it on & off outside? (After filling with water). There is no switch inside except gas. Do you have a video on how to operate this water heater? Thank you!

I wonder if you have ever heard of this. We found why the batteries died. The emergency break control wire was pulled from its controller. The wire must have been wrapped around our Blue Ox hitch bars and when I moved them in the fall it pulled the pin. That immediately draws power from the batteries to apply the brakes. The dealer said it would kill batteries in 6 hours. I am so glad we figured it out. $17 fix.

Shouldn’t you use a white hose for camper water, not a garden hose?

Converters don't charge a battery properly period.

I don't think I could drink water from a system that had antifreeze, bleach or peroxide running through it. Do people bring separate drinking water?
Yes, I do. I don't even brush my teeth with my rv water.

What kind of trailer tires do you run?
We currently have load E truck tires on our Rig but will consider the load G tires this next time.
