I don’t think she is pissed. Teresa was on the show with Jacqueline and Dina who all came on together but they worked together for years before the show and all three would hang out together. Teresa is great friends with Dina. When Ramona spilled the location beans, Dina was triggered because of the attack, She comes to Jersey only if she slips in and out. Then when it was being filmed she backed out, which is understandable. Dolores isn’t innocent. She wrote a letter along with Caroline. That’s why they ARNT friends.

I can honestly say I don't fault Theresa and how she handled the bridesmaid situation. Of course, Dina would be her first choice. She's her youngest daughter's Godmommy, and they have been best friends for decades.
Also, she's close to Delores and has been for decades. But Delores is also close with people who despise Tre (Caroline and Margaret), and Delores also hates her bf Dina. Delores also had a falling out with Jennifer, and Jen is just as close to Tre as Delores minus the history.
I have a theory outside of the rumor of Dina's husband and Louie having a fall out. I think Dina said she would not attend the wedding if Delores was present, which is understandable. What Delores did was fucked up tbh. I think Tre compromised (with the help of Louie) having Dina attend the engagement party and not having Delores there, but I don't think Tre felt it was right not to have Delores at her wedding.
I also believe Tre and Delores got into it from Tre hearing Delores say something she didn't like about her. You can tell by the video that something happened.
