I want to ask a question bhanteji.. Plz help me.. When I does meditation as you chant at last my mind always think one sentence that my friend will die.. It is happening with me daily.. But i don't want to even think that.. It gives me anxiety and fear of having it.. Plz tell me what should I do.. How will I get rid of this thought. Plz help me
Hi Aditi, I think your question is unread. If it’s okay to you, I would like to answer it. Mind plays tricks with us. Fear is emotion and when we do Metta meditation we actually develop our mind in Metta and we are free of many dangerous in life. So, feel confident and happy about your practice. When Bhanteji chant, fill your mind with happiness and metta feelings for whole universe and in this way you will avoid negative thoughts and if such thought comes then just ignore it, don’t give importance to it. Lots of Metta to you.💐💐💐
