I can't believe how easy this fight is with this setup. The chimera with the poison talent and 2 unbound tanks can easily wipe falstad in just 1 round, 2 if errors in the timings. Once again, great guide OG!
Haven't really tried any of the bosses in this map yet, but i accidentally found out, during levelling up Sappers, that they can target flying bosses 😂
You got a bit lucky with horde there I think, I had to have him go around twice before I could get him down - that said, strategy works (as usual)! Thanks mate
Thanks for the detailed guide for every family ! Guess the "simple times" are as good as over, as one almost needs talents with that high enemy levels to even have a chance and seemingly, the additional levels of the 2 fixed family-slots are also helpful to have a chance against such a boss. Too bad that your "one Gargoyle to rule them all"-strategy of the normal mode doesn't work out anymore :(
Gargoyle can still kill the boss, but it is not as tolerant to being multiple levels down as the poisoning strategy. There's more damage coming at you and you are (usually) lower level compared to doing the boss on normal.
I hate how I try OGs strategies like 10 times and get so frustrated that they don’t work and then the eleventh time it just works. It’s like Blizzard’s AI says “hell no they that weak crap outta here….oh wait…you’re using his strat? Ok no problem”
