The thing is that it's so cold in Tennessee that they have to move a lot faster to keep warm, so therefore they get more done.
What impresses me most about this and the Motörhead head channel is the apparent respect that is shown between all of you family siblings. Paul is obviously the senior of you but you have all pledged to work together as a family and this is where your potential and power really lies. Your Mum and Dad certainly knew what they were doing when they created all of you. 👍🆒
What I'm learning about painting is that every step is the most important one. Looking at Paul in this booth makes me realise how important having enough light is too, especially with dark colours.
You on top of your game even the guy whose painting your car's enjoy doing it and I can't wait to see this M5 on the race court like you said 🇿🇦

Your painter has got it down , with spray guns adjusted right and not wasting all the materials into the spray booth filters great choice for a repair

I wish the parts on the mclaren were as accessible as the M5 or as expensive haha... It’s hard to find channels with people that actually complete projects so it’s always nice to get a Vtuned video.

I do admire this kid. He's got a talent for someone so young. I'm guessing its his family that do other things also, don't know for sure. But as long as we have automobiles, teenagers, alcohol, and people who can afford them we'll need body shops.

In MY opinion THEY always say OEM, But I think it’s BETTER than OEM for the mere fact that they are repairing the isolated damage.... AND there buying these cars from AUCTIONS!!👍👍👍I would PERSONALLY buy ANY one of VTuned’s or Motörhead’s vehicles WITH a salvage title WAY before I’d buy a car Certified from a used car dealership.....
Im looking through the comments and see VTuned liking everything from "Horrible paint job" to "Awesome progress." Gotta love that he focuses on his work and doesnt let the hate get to him.
Love the M5 build. That car is sweet. I hope you decide to keep it cuz you would look good styling and profiling in that Beast. Keep up the good content.
I would still suggest experimenting with shooting your clear at a lower pressure. It gives you much less overspray and a smoother finish. You just have to learn to control your fluid application, it will be more prone to run. Also, try turning your flow down to only two turns out on the fluid needle. This will make the particle output smaller. I painted cars for over 10 years and this was the combination I came up with for show car finishes with the least amount of cutting and buffing.

I found out that if you soak the part in bleach the chrome will start peeling off. The total time to get all the chrome off and down to the plastic might take a day or so with changing out the bleach every so often. Hope this helps in the future👍
Just as a suggestion for a vid, what is the process for getting a title from the dmv once repairs are done? Is there something different for a salvaged vehicle?

Lots of trash on the paint job. I think base coat should have been checked for trash before the clear coat.
most of it is probably in the clear. they will have to color sand it to get rid of the dry spray and orange peel anyway.
Kind of not surprised, that paint booth needs a really good cleaning and surrounding area.
This is the result of painting without the suit. Look how is he leaning over the hood and imagine hom much dirt came from his black hoodie.

@@13christbane ain't no such thing as a master painter...even when you get a brand new car from the dealer that paint job has some orange peel... nobody is perfect.
This video series makes me to fix and paint my old ass mercedes even tho is not worth much at all but works and is almost clean all around except for some rusts, dents and scratches from 28 years.

All I know is I have worked in several body shops. Not a single one would spray can primer on a car that they cared about. He uses can primer and paint all the time. Lol. Hack.
