Hobi walks the same Street that Jermaine did in his Simba MV his Debut Song.... and danced while his Idol rapped on Top of him and in the end he climbs the same stairs up, and meets up with Cole. The Billboard says it's my Call and has the Chicken Noodle Car on it, Hobi is wearing Military Dog Tags, it's speculated that the Memorial is for the Crash Victims in Itaewon, some ARMY found connections through the Flowers, and it was revealed that Hobi planed the MV.
I never heard about JCole and this collab with JHOPE make me want to check his work as well. Love BTS 💜🥰💜🇧🇷 love JHOPE’s vide and his songs. This is such a make you feel good song. Love so much!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜thank you so much for your reaction!!!!!!!💜also I think his so not much appreciate and I love how you are showing my Hobi so much love 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
With the Golden Corral line, he meant he can “eat up” (beat them/is better than them) all the rappers in the top 10 list as if its a buffet. The moon over the cow line just means as time passes by (the moon rises and sets after a night) and a play on “the cow jumps over the moon”, it connects to his next line.
Thank you so much! About 3 or 4 listens later I realized the same thing about Golden Coral xD But the moon over the cow I fully overthought. XD Thank you!
You should do some more rap reactions! I love rap and it's my favorite genre of music. It's hard to find reactors that really like to break it down for the actual art of it, which is what I love it for and what most high level rappers try to push with their music. J.Cole always raps like this. He is pretty philosophical and also competitive in hip-hop so this is the kind of vibe he always goes for. There are plenty of other rappers who take it to this level too. There is an Eminem interview for example where he discusses internal and external rhymes and connecting different rhyme patterns to make music more engaging. Nas was interviewed by Harvard by some professor for his writing and also has a Masterclass on writing available. Some of them take it very seriously and put their personal lives or ideas into it, which makes you want to understand the artist and use it to get a deeper insight into what they are actually saying, just like you said in the video. Anyways, I loved your reaction and although I don't listen to K-Pop I will definitely subscribe! Also, cool Thoth book in the background.
Thank you so much!!! I really only recently took an interest in rap through KPop. I knew there was a difference in skill between rappers because I could hear it in lyrics like Eminem's, but I didn't get into the genre before I started reading BTS lyrics and getting interested in how rap works and it's direct relation to poetry. I have to shout-out ToneyReactions for breaking down lyrics in a way that made me start paying attention. I'll definitely start looking more into it, especially rappers like Nas and J.Cole whose influence on BTS is so important to them! Thank you!!
And this is why RM, Suga and J Hope are Hip Hop lovers. The Rappers of BTS with their lyrical flows, the topic's of their lyric's and of course they know the history of the Great Rappers and often refer to them in their lyric's.
@@kayepopreactions43 i would love to see you react to hip hop. There are some incredible pieces of writing in the genre, and you analyzing them ,would be fire!!!

You should check out Born Sinner by J Cole and compare it to Born Singer, which BTS did as a tribute/cover of J Cole's song. They are both incredible songs in their own rights. Also, J Cole inspired J Hope so references to J Cole are everywhere in BTS's work. Hope World is a reference to Cole World, J Hope is styled after J Cole, and even some of J Hope's lines mirror J Cole's lines (eg. part of J Hope's verse in Born Singer is a throwback to the singing part of J Cole's Power Trip song where he says "we are, we are, we are." It's really cool to see as a fan of both artists
I will absolutely do that! Thank you! I honestly had no idea who J Cole was and now that I've been introduced to him I feel ignorant for not seeing just how much he influenced JHope right from the very start. Thank you for pointing out the references!!
"All hail the mighty survivor of hell." (Jesus) Plopped down from heaven to sell, Holy water that I scooped from the well. (God's word) Fought tooth and nail." (Jesus died with nails in his hands and feet) crazy bars from J Cole. One could spend days deciphering his poetry
Honestly I believe it. The more you look carefully at his lyrics the more obvious his genius is and the more connections you can draw from them. It's so impressive!
J Cole takes a lot of pride in his writing. A bad J Cole song does not exist. J Cole is one of the best lyricists in rap music.
I fully believe it!

:O there were so many more connections than I picked up on! Thank you so much for pointing them out!!

What I read is that JCole is retiring, so this is kind of a farewell too! 😢
Seems like from the lyrics he's contemplating whether he should or shouldn't. 🤔
Omg is he really?? :O I hope he is able to relax and do what he wants but I hope he doesn't quit music entirely forever when he's this talented!
But isn't sure bout to leave the crown

I came for both. Big fan of J Hope and J Cole.
a “2 minute drill” is a football term used when the offense needs to score in 2 minutes or less.
That makes so much sense. XD Thank you!!
2014 FHD by J. Cole… just clear a week and vibe out! Art that a poet would enjoy
would definitely be here for some J.cole reactions
