For me personally this hostel is literally my favourite of many I have visited in my life!
Cheap prices (only $5 for a bed in a dorm), extremely clean rooms and toilets, very kind and helpful employees ,fast internet and many rooms where you can work, relax or play!!

Cuz I've heard that it's about the least strict country in America. And now that flights are super cheap it might worth a visit.
Adio amigo dont even think it twice !!Mexico is literally the best destination at the moment!! its huge there are so many different places`!! some places has more restrictions than others! Depending how many cases they have , they have different zones-colours!! from what i ve seen now , if you go to the south , its amazing , people are wearings masks on the street etc but u can go to the beach clubs restaurants like always!! u must visit mexico is amazing country!!

But hey, do you maybe have experience with the money exchange? Since tourism is so low atm, it could be hard to find places. Because my girlfriend is from Brazil and she said to me there places don't let you exchange at the moment, hope Mexico is different.
