takes a certain type of person to become a madden pro. its like there nerds but not COD nerds, because they know football well, so most played ball but there also gamer nerds. which ends up bein like weird mixture of beta and alpha males, while if u ever plyed madden at a compeitive lvl, uk this game can drive u crazy wit bs happening.
dude totally agree. reading plays reading offenses and defenses. adapting to the coverage and calling audibles. man it can get pretty complex. but i do not like the crazy glitches and algorithm gaming. its just a mess. but i do enjoy watching and playing. but madden 18 has many problems that i so many issues playing online. so i play but try not to take it personally cause it can be garbage. LOL

Don't think that's possible as they're looking at the same screen. If you're talking about rules that would be impossible to enforce.
Nothing other than pride/dignity. I'm sure there's a rule about it, but it's extremely hard to enforce since they're looking at the same screen. The only thing is at this competitive level, so many guys make pre-snap adjustments that if you rely on what play you see the opponent pick before the snap, you could totally screw yourself over.
Since it is competitive play, looking at your opponent’s plays will only hurt you because you’ll waste time pre-snap and then they will also be able to look at your plays if you wait.
It won’t really matter because they audible their play like 20 times at pre snap. Pretty much a chess game to see if you make the right moves
They are running the same plays all game anyways so no need to even look at the other guys plays.
