Don’t build a house if you are not there personally. You are probably building two houses for one. My best advice is that build a flat for a start, go down and continue building as you wil be living in the house already whilst construction continues to first, second or third floors.

My advice if you are spending more than 5000 euros iits better you bring the physical euros in SL.. Western union /Afro International are making alot of money on us. For every 1000 Euros this exchange rate banks are making like 120 euros Profit.
