Their pressure washer do not work satisfactorily, I have bt1200 it's not worth its price.

Gr8! Very well explained and practically demonstrated. What I liked also was your insistence on using hydraulic oil. No one should use any engine oil. Your pump will get damaged in no time due to the additive used in engine oil emulsifying with water ending in catastrophic damage of the pistons due to lack of lubrication.

@@karanbhamra689 I asked a local shop that deal with machine tools. They said they can do the oil change but would use 20W-40 4T oil for the service. I only use the pressure washer about once a month, and I bought mine just a few months back. Is it okay to use Castrol 20W-40 4T, and since my usage is minimal, can I just do the oil change once every year? Thanks.

Hi brother...can u pls remove the fan cover and check if they have provided bolts to remove the back plate of the motor. If it is sealed then servicing the motor will be difficult...thnks...

Hello sir, I have Btali BT1800HPW. When I asked the dealer “which oil should be used?” They simply said “Normal scooter/motorcycle wala oil”. And I changed it with Motul 4T 10W-30. But since then the oil is becoming white with in few uses. Do I also have to use the hydraulic oil? If yes, please advice which one. Thanks in advance.

I brought the embaro washer pump . . It is not sucking the water from source side ,but the motor is rotating and after a minute it doesn't work at all , just keep on stroking for a second after every 10 secs .
Just check out its pump piston seals, if worn out → replace it with new hydraulic oil..!!!

I had purchased one Washer 1200 watt 7 years ago. But due to poor Electricity it could not work. It worked elsewhere where normal Electricity is there. Just Yesterday I checked and today I started it and it worked excellent with great pressure Just for 2-3 minutes and it got heated up.
I have no idea why, maybe there is no oil or the Cover over fan is absent

When i used engine oil castrol 10/40 after 10 mins machine was overheating and shutting down now btali service centre have put lal ghoda 20/40 its not smooth as castrol but i think hydraulic oil is best
Basically Hydraulic oil is used in all types of pump lubrication.!!
My pressure washer getting overheated again after 15 mins i can run again but again 2,3 mins 🤔

Jaha se pump purchase kia hai... Unke pass spare parts to available honge.. aur isske 3 piston me 6 oil seal hote hai.. to wo saare oil seal ko change krna hoga tbhi jake problem solve hogi

Yes...i was also facing same problem after purchasing the motor...
Then I've resolved it, by changing it's pump hydraulic oil and also replacing the main motor wire by upgrading the thickness upto 1.5mm- 2mm 3 core.!!
