additional instructions; do not make the 2 holes to big as the silicone inside the air bubble will stay unset allowing for the heel to move and flex just like the other air bubbles, the only parts that set are the air bubble holes if you find that there is silicone leaking from them its because you made the holes to big and you will need to seal the holes up with a good quality super glue. do not use a drill or a large screwdriver to make the holes follow the instruction on the video, thanks for watching

These sneeks are expensive but by far the most comfy trainers I've ever worn and best in the Air Max range IMO.
Shame they not so durable but your vid will help them last that bit longer 🙂
perfect idea, i tried it and the biggest problem was that the silicone kept inside soft, it doesn't dry for more than a week, seems it is never going to dry inside, i tried the shoes ,and the silicone kept coming out.
@casa5104 you are correct. I Let mine sit for 4days second day wearing them again they leak all on a clients floor 😬
My bro got a pair that need this same process doing to it, I just went to get a key cut and asked them if they can be fixed he’s said what makes you think they can be fixed then seen this video 😮

Use a neutral cure silicone and sit out in the sun. The sun will cure the silicone
Under the sole insode every nike trainer there isnan air bubble pump hole that a football pump can pump it back up just use super glue on out side and it works perfect pump it right back up with a football pump through the valve inside the shoe
Surely if you meant to fill the whole heel bubble you should have just pumped the silicone on one side until it comes out of the other side?? 🤔
Your way will create a pocket of air at the back of the heel which will try to push the silicone out of the two holes.
it could do but i checked it and it was full.
I have a popped air bubble as well. But how much heavier does it get with the sillicone? That'd mean I'd have to fill up air bubbles on both shoes to make the weight even. Can't walk around with one heavy shoe
i don't think it'll be so severe, no need to imagine it like you're wearing weights on one foot. i believe it's barely noticable
in the internet i found a discripton that said if you do this with silicon it would get really hard and 200g more weight ist thus true? what are your ecperiences?

I like this idea but the only thing is mines are the black with the bubble gum blue clear bottom so I think I’d be able to see the silicone inside of it which sucks

can find the leak with bike pump and water. need to make a needle hole for the pump. put water on the air unit. fill with air and plug any leaks with shoe glue etc. let cure 24hrs. refill with bike pump and seal needle hole. Not 100% what glue to use, someone has a video on it.

I have a problem, the bottom of the shoe insole sounds strange, sounds like it is sticky and makes a sound that bothers the ears

I think I'd be inclined to do the other trainer so they feel exactly the same. I'm sure I'd feel the difference between the air and silicone. Not meant as a critical comment, just saying. Great find tho, i had no idea people spent that much on a pair of trainers. A fool and their money, an' that. 😂

Can I use foam spray instead or flat tire sealer? The silicone will make the shoe heavier.
i been wearing these for months you dont notice any weight difference lol
Best way to create new problems, shoes will be unbalance using this method.
