Haven't played this game for so long, ever since the dev's changed how the puppets spawn and ruined the game. So this may be wrong/outdated. But if you are radiated you need to drink loads of water constantly and each time you pee your rads will drop. You may have strip off, jump in a river, wash your clothes with soap and dry off by a campfire. If I remember there's different levels of radiation poisoning that might req medication, iodine? Or whatever but you need to stop the rads from climbing to that level.

Drop your gear. Keep weapons. No sense keeping all that stuff on you when your so low on stamina. You can pick it up later.

That would take away from the gameplay 😔. Besides, I’m supposed to be a vagabond so I carry lots of junk 😂
