Yes you are doing really great and there is a beautiful woman under the weight. It’s really hard because your husband works hard and has to have good meals. My husband when he was raised in a farming, country, small town community. His mom cooked very good meals and 3 big meals a day. Three of her children were big and heavy except her youngest, her husband was skinny and short, she was heavy too. She raised 400 chickens per year for them to eat, she made the most delicious fried chicken and potato salad. Or mashed potatoes and gravy. I grew up in the city and my mom was a terrible cook and I didn’t eat much because I was picky and so much of what she fixed was terrible so I was shorter than anybody else in my class and very skinny. After my husband died I comforted myself with eating and now I’m heavy and I’ve lost about 35 pounds is all. Diet pop is bad for you.
I'm on this diet. My daughter wanted my diabetes to be better so my sugar is doing good also BP. I've lost 22 lbs. I'm keeping on going and if I fall off the plan go right back on.

You did good! We have a wonderful gourmet hamburger place in our immediate vicinity and every few weeks we'd order dinner from them. I have a favorite burger that I would order for myself and immediately cut in half and put that half in the fridge. I would eat half the burger for dinner, with a salad, and the other half for lunch or dinner the next day. All the burgers come with amazing fries or onion rings. I'd give mine to my husband but would eat 2 fries and 1 onion ring. If there were any leftover fries, I'd heat them up in the air fryer rotisserie basket and give them to hubs the next night with his dinner.

Here's a little food for thought. Would you have tried to control your appetite 2-3 months ago? Probably not. You went in there in control. So maybe you had something here and there. You didn't quite because of of it. Be sure and drink your water and get your exercise in. Your doing great.

Please also get your liver tested. I have been diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease. That diet is extremely limited. I do not drink any alcohol and never have, so yes you can still get liver disease.

You sure are trying. Alot of people struggle drinking water I love water it is so good for you for many reasons. Did you know caffeine dehydrated you ? I use to drink coffee through out the day but now I'm down to 1 CUP. We all slip up after all there is only 1 PERFECT ONE.
Suggestion for getting your water in I have switched to VitaminWater Zero, lemon and other flavors. Does not contain Splenda which is NOT good for us and can stop weight loss I still have my 2 cups of coffee a day but no longer drink soda. Carbonation also slows down weight loss Great ideas to help you on hydration and weight loss

The thing that works best for me is to get on that scale every single morning. Halloween candy used to be a big issue before-this year it’s not bothering me. Praise God. I’m doing good 😊.

I'm on the primal diet, part keto and part paleo, I don't count macros and never hungry, but the last year, I have cheated alot, but originally lost around 70 pounds, but have gained back 20, but ate ice cream all summer, but still lost 5 pds more so down to 164 , started at 220, I want to get 135 so have to get back on track, but good luck on your journey, if you fall down shake it off and the end it worth it.
I am doing the vegetarian diet. Working towards the vegan. I am diabetic and a heart patient, and rheumatoid arthritis. I was 318. I am 290.1 today. It is a challenge but, like you I am trying hard. So good luck, and I am trying with you.

Don’t beat yourself up for eating a few things you shouldn’t, even though it will slow down your weight loss, we are all human and fall by the wayside. I’m a southern girl and I am a caregiver to my 93 yr. old mother who is bedridden. My temptation is all the cornbread we fix her to have with pinto beans. Good for you for getting back on program so quickly, you are doing awesome! I have Found several coaches on U-Tube that are a big help and getting all kinds of good hacks. My goal is the same as yours, even the #s are the same. A lot of pictures are taken and I usually hide, but I am determined not to do that this year. Good luck on continuing your journey! I am on Optavia too and it’s hard to be 100% on plan. I still have my coffee mate powdered cream every morning and I don’t count it lol. You are doing great! Keep it up. That shrimp looks so good. How did you fix it? What spices, etc? You are doing great and it shows. Keeping motivated is difficult after the first few weeks into a diet. When you fall off, just climb back on that wagon. 😉 You are motivating me as well...keep it up!

My best friend was on this program several years ago and lost LOTS of weight and looked great. However now her metabolism is totally messed up and long term effects of the program might be something to consider. This might not happen to you but its something to be aware of.

Sometimes your health insurance will pay for a nutritionist who can help refocus your relationship with food. A carrot or honeycrisp apple slice with a natural nut butter is not the enemy. Leslie My name is Tamara I use my husband's google account it's easier that way anyways I wanted to send you an email since thanksgiving and Christmas is coming I rewatched your Dressing Video from I think last year the year before you did not say how long you bake it or what temperature to put it on and I've seen several people ask the same question you need to remake that video or just send it out there that people have you know the temp and the how long. I made it last year but I don't remember how long to bake it and what the temperature was my grand kids loved it and so did I that will be my only cheat date too I've lost £57 in the last year so it takes time and hard work.....
I lost 20kg over 2 years just by eating less now at 64kg I find that I can no longer eat a lge meal and if I eat a bigger lunch just have a snack at night. I do eat a piece of fruit a day usually for breakfast with cup of coffee, usually start with a glass of water. I had tried programs but never was able to keep it up cooking different for family so just eating less worked for me now no children in house have just recently stopped eating sweets at night. I truly struggle with sweets, even if it is my keto sweets. I have come to the understanding that I just cant have sweets around due to my stuggle. I struggle with soda still...diet even too. So i limit those in the house and when they are gone, i cant do more till payday which is every two weeks. You learn as you go, and you are doing great!
Have you tried any of the carbonated flavored waters as a soda substitute? Some of them taste really good, and I now drink them instead of diet soda. I found that it is the carbonation that I crave, more than the flavor.

You know, Leslie, something like you little “slip-up” may be coming from the Lord to show you how well you actually are doing and how dedicated you have become to this program. You are a beautiful young lady inside and out and your weight loss is really showing. You may have struggled last week, but you did a great job! You threw the cream drops away! I wish I could throw caramel popcorn away! I just stay away from it as much as possible. Don’t get discouraged because you are doing so well and I think you will succeed. All things work to the good for those who love the Lord!
Leslie, try your Italian Sweet Cream creamer in your oatmeal! I like mine thicker, too so I top mine with a tablespoon or so with the creamer and it adds the sweetness I like.
That’s where I struggle also Leslie with baby showers wedding church events holidays it’s so hard when you cheat for lack of a better word to get back on track even on keto and not hungry at all I still have that urge to eat the things I shouldn’t

You're doing a great job. Try some walnuts in your oatmeal. Walnuts are good brain food. I love maple and brown sugar oatmeal. I add a pinch of butter to mine.♥️

Yes I too have fatty liver and have had it for many many years. My numbers are now in the normal range and I my doctor is thrilled.

My daughter and I are on this journey also. When I first saw that you were losing weight and making healthier meals, I didn't realize you were on optavia also. Now, I will need to sort back through some of your videos that I missed in order to seeing the optavia meals you were making.
Don’t beat yourself up for eating a few things you shouldn’t, even though it will slow down your weight loss, we are all human and fall by the wayside. I’m a southern girl and I am a caregiver to my 93 yr. old mother who is bedridden. My temptation is all the cornbread we fix her to have with pinto beans.
Good for you for getting back on program so quickly, you are doing awesome! I have Found several coaches on U-Tube that are a big help and getting all kinds of good hacks.

I am on Optavia too and it’s hard to be 100% on plan. I still have my coffee mate powdered cream every morning and I don’t count it lol. You are doing great! Keep it up. I have been on plan since May 19, 21 and have lost 65 pounds. Your an amazing lady and I appreciate your videos. I also love the peanut butter crisp bar and the brownie ❤️

That shrimp looks so good. How did you fix it? What spices, etc? You are doing great and it shows. Keeping motivated is difficult after the first few weeks into a diet. When you fall off, just climb back on that wagon. 😉 You are motivating me as well...keep it up!

My best friend was on this program several years ago and lost LOTS of weight and looked great. However now her metabolism is totally messed up and long term effects of the program might be something to consider. This might not happen to you but its something to be aware of.
I love your channel dearly! I have some health issues and I was so thrilled that you started showing some healthy recipes because I can't eat most of the recipes you used to show. I think there is room on your channel for all the recipes! Maybe you can give some ideas of how you might alter a recipe to make it healthy. Thanks for all the variety!

Sometimes your health insurance will pay for a nutritionist who can help refocus your relationship with food. A carrot or honeycrisp apple slice with a natural nut butter is not the enemy. Leslie My name is Tamara I use my husband's google account it's easier that way anyways I wanted to send you an email since thanksgiving and Christmas is coming I rewatched your Dressing Video from I think last year the year before you did not say how long you bake it or what temperature to put it on and I've seen several people ask the same question you need to remake that video or just send it out there that people have you know the temp and the how long. I made it last year but I don't remember how long to bake it and what the temperature was my grand kids loved it and so did I that will be my only cheat date too I've lost £57 in the last year so it takes time and hard work.....

I lost 20kg over 2 years just by eating less now at 64kg I find that I can no longer eat a lge meal and if I eat a bigger lunch just have a snack at night. I do eat a piece of fruit a day usually for breakfast with cup of coffee, usually start with a glass of water. I had tried programs but never was able to keep it up cooking different for family so just eating less worked for me now no children in house have just recently stopped eating sweets at night. I truly struggle with sweets, even if it is my keto sweets. I have come to the understanding that I just cant have sweets around due to my stuggle. I struggle with soda still...diet even too. So i limit those in the house and when they are gone, i cant do more till payday which is every two weeks. You learn as you go, and you are doing great!
Have you tried any of the carbonated flavored waters as a soda substitute? Some of them taste really good, and I now drink them instead of diet soda. I found that it is the carbonation that I crave, more than the flavor.

I really think that your mindset has changed tremendously. You were in situations where you had to "wing it" and you still were controlled and mindful of what you ate. You are doing great!

You know, Leslie, something like you little “slip-up” may be coming from the Lord to show you how well you actually are doing and how dedicated you have become to this program. You are a beautiful young lady inside and out and your weight loss is really showing. You may have struggled last week, but you did a great job! You threw the cream drops away! I wish I could throw caramel popcorn away! I just stay away from it as much as possible. Don’t get discouraged because you are doing so well and I think you will succeed. All things work to the good for those who love the Lord!
Leslie, try your Italian Sweet Cream creamer in your oatmeal! I like mine thicker, too so I top mine with a tablespoon or so with the creamer and it adds the sweetness I like.

That’s where I struggle also Leslie with baby showers wedding church events holidays it’s so hard when you cheat for lack of a better word to get back on track even on keto and not hungry at all I still have that urge to eat the things I shouldn’t
Your doing great Leslie, it is a struggle I am doing the same right now and I have had things I should not but get right back on it we all make mistakes. Water I have problems with but room temp is better. ♥️♥️
Can you do your diet if your a diabetic?
I would think so. I know of several who have been able to come off meds. But I would still talk to your doctor about it just to be sure

@@angelahill8437 I would say between 1000 and 1200. But I never get hungry because I am eating so often which helps keep your insulin level from spiking up or down
You're doing a great job. Try some walnuts in your oatmeal. Walnuts are good brain food. I love maple and brown sugar oatmeal. I add a pinch of butter to mine.♥️
You have awesome willpower I could not cook all that food and watch someone else eat it I was wondering for your lean and green meals do you have a scale to measure things? Also so you don’t eat a lunch you just refuse every 2-3 hours? You look great as well
No I just eat a fueling every 2.5 to 3 hours and then have 1 lean and green meal a day
