I'm from Australia but live about 15 minutes from Shenzhen in China. I'm getting ready to make a trip to have clothes made that fit well and are in fabrics that I like and then start this process. Thanks for the inspiration! I can't wait to get started :)

This was so helpful! I have a huge wardrobe and I'm currently in the process of making it minimalistic as I feel I can never find anything to wear to despite my huge volume of clothes! This has inspired me and definitely encouraged me to keep going for the perfect wardrobe! Thank you 😊
I have also found avoiding sale items has been key - those $10 slacks that I could not resist because they were so cheap are inevitably the wrong color, not perfect fit, style, dry clean only, etc. etc. Pieces that are full price end up being the best value because they were right for me; not just the right price.

I've watched a lot of "minimalism/capsule wardrobe" and "how to"videos. This one is by far the best, love ALL the tips and the result! I too have divided my closet into work clothes, gym pieces, hiking stuff, casual etc. I really think that having small wardrobe doesn't mean making it only one-activity appropriate; rather I feel less clothes (and stuff in general) gives you time to do more activities and makes one appreciate versatile yet functional wardrobe. Great video!!! Thank you for posting this. I've gone thru my closet as well and took out several outfits. I really liked your idea to write out what it is that you love about the outfits. I will have to try this out. I noticed that I now I can really see what my style is after getting rid of many pieces.

+Sugar Mamma I wanted to say since you have pets and therefore love animals, if you could encourage people not to purchase leather products, which are made out of dogs skinned alive (you can look it up), or fur which is pulled off from the rabbits as they die yelling in pain. It would also be good to buy cruelty free cosmetics because no cream, makeup or shampoo should be made on the expense of animals getting nidles in their eyes.
