If it's all for the long term then Shreyas Iyer could be a good choice for next 7-8 years. He has age on his side, and is a good tactical captain. If it's for short term of 4-5 years then KL Rahul can be a good choice but India has to think for the long run to be honest.
Hardik is good but his injury history is a concerning factor.
