- Hello Fam! I don't believe there is anything in here that indicates where I am with my separation. This is more of a walk and talk sort of video. I focus on me here. I have been up since 4 this morning and finished editing this video. I did see my wife yesterday. The visit in a whole was OK, but there was a moment our conversation was headed south and I held it together very well. I can see my progress over the last 5 months. Even though my therapist is saying I am only making it in small amounts. Still, I can see it. I was very nervous and felt a good bit of anxiety, but I was able to control that and I am proud of myself. I love her very much and there is certainly this pull between us. She said she can feel it too. I made her a vow till death and until she releases me from that vow, I will honor it. So, now I am only focused on my own growth to be better for myself and those in my life. I am starting to understand me a little better.

Hey, my friend! It's good to see you doing well and walking so much. I've been walking and riding as well. Keeps my head clear. I've lost 25 lbs now. Im so proud of you, man. You're doing so many positive things for yourself. Keep it up. I too have been trying to stick with FPV. I still love my hobby its been tough, I need to keep going with it. Life bro. But for sure, excersize helps me a bunch. I've been riding coasters a bit too with my kids when I can afford it. We should catch up sometime soon. Im glad you're doing well, bro.
