Hello friends, In this video I have talked about the issues that I am currently facing with the Jio Airfiber. I have made this video to make all of you aware of the scam that jio is doing with all of us. With jio airfiber, jio is not giving us good service and not even good internet connection. Also they are not giving us refund if we don't like the service.

Jab Modiji nai the tab bhi bsnl raddi tha. Aaj bhi wahi haal hai. Inke office jao to aisa lagta hai ki ehsaan kar rahe wo log connection deke

Jio has no customer care culture. Never expect site visit from Jio. They depend only on ‘how to videos’ and ‘AI / IVR assisted messages and calls’
My service visit number was created, it was’resolved’ twice without visits and third time they visited a day before intimated at odd / inconvenient time. This is my experience with jio fiber after one year subscription. Other so many cheating problems of subscription: prime video : own subscription separately. Jio cinema 29 rupees pm extra. Instead of 50 days extra on annual subscription, only 30 days given & (360 days are calculated for one year). Now Jio going vodafon way!
Yes service is very bad
I have also suffered the same bhai! Jio Fiber mein 6 months ka advanced payment liya, 3 months service dene ke baad humare location mein service bandh ho gya. Kisi ko refund nhi diya in choro ne. Bakwas policy, loot macha rakha hai ye log. People should boycott JIO completely to make them understand about the power of common people.
Right, they think no one is taking any action so they can do whatever they want.

For mobile also they are hiking the price. Common people who mainly use voice, should migrate to BSNL.
I am using this from last 4M...i dont have any problem, its better than my neighbour ACT and he always face problem. He uses my wifi when he face issue with ACT

My village main raheta 6 months 100mbps use kara hun ab 30mbps wala use kar raha hun.... muje tho aaj tak problem nahi huva......

Jio air fiber is a serious loot.... It was working fone when I was paying 900 per month, suddenly seeing 3 months satisfactory service I switched to 1 year plan and now no customer service for next 12 months.. once 12 month is over the technician will come to ask for next year money
Yes my internet is not working since last one month now, but no support. No technician is coming to solve issue. Finally even after having jio connection annual plan, i took local connection
Meny leya 4 month hue usme download speed paroblem he 10 mbps se kam milte he or upload complete milte he uske leye complain kar kar takhk cuka 16 complaint se upar ke but problem not resolved

At the time of installation they said my recharge only 599 and now they are saying including gst I have to pay 798 😢

Maine to sidha bata diya hai unko ki me connection cancel karne ke baad return nhi karne wala. End ke call recording me aap sun sakte ho maine record bhi karke rakha hai

Maine twitter pe complaint kiya but koi resolution nahi mila. Ab consumer forum pe karne wala hu
Bhai mere sath bhi hua tha mujko refund ni mila par mene pesa jio walo se pesa wasul liya . Jio ki device me aag laga di jab ham jio ka kuch ni kar sakte to jio wale bhi hamar khuch ni kar sakte koi agreement ni hua tha ki unki device safe rakhni ha . 13000 ki jio device ko mene 3 months ke plan me hi chuna laga diya bhai

Airtel me bhi same problem hai bhai mere dost ke paas hai only 4 mbps ya usse bhi kam speed ati aahe

Glad ki aapko samay se pehle pata chal gya. Agar fibre connection available hoga airtel ka to wo le lijiye. Airfiber wala to avoid hi kijiye airtel ya fir jio koi bhi.

Ghatiya service hai Jio airfiber ki 6 mahine ka pesa leke bethe hain pehle bataya nahi ab keh rahe hain refund nahi hoga.
Mene connection close kara diya. Problem solve he nahi karte inke engineers.

Me bhi town me raheta hu aur Jio ka airfiber 6months se use ker raha hu. Muje koi bhi problem nhi hui hai. Yaha jio bhut acha kaam ker raha hai.
Town main jo rahega unki optic fiber wala lagana chahiye wohi best hota hain unlimited data stable speed stable ping

Mera bhi ek problem hai jio fiber regarding...Hum Jio Nodal officer ko bhi mail kiye hai...but abhi tak koi resolution nehi aya hai...if possible provide your mail id or contact so that we can file complaint in consumer court together...
