    Please update the video to include the new GUI of the partner portal. I continue to run into an issue with getting advanced support entitlement attached to my tickets

    how do i provide monthly azure, office365 usage, license, active users, resources used etc etc using the partner centre portal? i have few customers that they need report on monhtly basis what is happening on their account. please help.

    how many microsoft support tickets can we create in a year i mean total and only when we have some issues with our computer

      @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport no i had one due to my internet issue now it is fixed and i contacted microsoft support and they helped me solve my issue and support was awesome they solved first of my issues in my first contact thank you for providing an good support

      @@MicrosoftCustomerSupport It's new interface changed a lot. So i am getting trouble with particular customer environment where i can add cutomer, their license etc.

      With regard to your concern about IT administrator contact information. May we know if you're connected to any organization (work/business)?To give you an insight, you'll be able to personally contact your IT administrator if you're connected to organization.
