It usually takes a new coaching staff 3-4 years to peak. Norvell did it in year 4 so i wouldnt expect greatness until at least 26/27. He already has the culture established so no reason he cant do it again. Saban won it all at bama year 3 going 14-0, it took kirby 5 years at uga to win one, ed orgeron year 4 at lsu and dabo needed 9 years.
You said you would rather have Hayward play right tackle because of "the way he's built and the way he is mentally going to attack his opponents." Could you elaborate some on what it is you look for and why in determining a RT from a LT? Thank you for another great video!
I think he fits the profile of a striker; a player wanting to run over someone. Left tackles are usually a bit more cautious. Haywood could possibly play LT but I believe his mentality fits RT better.
