Maybe not as much on field impact as other options, but underrated one for Urban was Vonn Bell. NSD flip in one of the best classes that really defined Urban’s era. For me a catalyst that really states we can out recruit and out play SEC big boys

I think you can do Ryan Day. It would be Fields. Without Fields they have no QB really in 2019 and 2020. It was his own QB not under the Meyer era. This also set the tone for super elite QB play. Although Haskins was elite, Fields then Stroud took it to another level.

For Meyer, JT is the guy. Never mind that what he did over the multiple years. He got them back into the 2014 season. 2014 Championship doesnt happen unless JT grows within the season.
I think Michigan you have to take JJ. Ask yourself, if they replace JJ with any avg QB, does Mich beat OSU any of the last 3 years? I dont think so. If you replace Hutchinson, yeah, it may impact 2021. But taking JJ away impacts all 3 games.
Minka is a way better pick, mccarron is a better pick than hurts too probably 😂
Hurts was a ridiculous pick. The best part of him has nothing to do with Saban.
