What an amazing product. I know people who work in ambulances and stuff and often times they can't understand the person they need to urgently help. This would be massive for them. Can't wait to see how this evolves in the future!
@@fdotinc It would actually be crazy man. You have no idea how many people die because they cannot properly communicate with the doctors that are on site..
@ lol. Ultimately, I don’t see the need to extract AI tech into a third party device when our phones already have camera mics and all the processing/connection to llms needed, and the smart glasses (AR and VR) are coming which will probably replace phones. It’s like a step backwards in tech and usefulness imo. I’m going to build a flashlight necklace. Fuck the flashlight app in the iPhone. And also I am going to build something called An alarm clock that sits on bedside and keeps time/wakes you up. Fuck the clock iPhone app.
No an r1 is an android device. This is a 100th of the computing power. Likely it just streams the video data to a server and does processing on that. They’d have to make the system bullet proof from a security standpoint to make people feel safe using it at all times
@@taborgreat*running locally i believe the point is that everything happens on the device itself. the only info that’s sent out is the context not the actual images/audio
@@aidenblume yea I saw that in video too but no way everything is happening locally on a device that small. The data has to be transmitted to servers to be processed, but if I’m wrong I would love to know how it works internally

that’s a sick idea! his goal is to have it assist u and coach u in real time, so this would work well

This would be like a cheatcode at a video game store to check prices and stuff.
yoo that’s pretty good actually.
price comparison would save me 3 hrs every-time i go shopping lol
Cool use case idea
@@fdotinc real..
I remember seeing a meme about a person using the apple vision at a sneaker store to compare prices live.
someone said the best use case is at the casino lol. wut would you use it for?
I'm wondering how many gpt paramaters does it have 1b? 3b? 7b?
Uses multiple models
so is it basically just an r1 on a string?
I have an r1. It’s much more useful I promise 😂

But I do admire the young man’s entrepreneurship. I think he should abandon this copy of a train wreck idea that he is acting like its original

kinda dope it deletes the information
actually tho, all the other ones try to spy on you lol. this one runs locally on the device so it can be private
Yes
