Tell Nasto and Ms Fle to try cooking their maiz (without peeling off the husk) one at a time in a microwave oven for 6 minutes instead of roasting or boiling them in water for a quick snack or for a regular meal item. It will taste better and maintain its nutrients when cooked with its own moisture. Can eat it with or without a sprinkling of salt. Try cooking it this way yourself to enjoy the flavor. 😊😊
