Foot out in Spain, Anakee Road Test

- Once again we're in Spain for the Michelin Tire test of the Anakee Road. Did you know you can ride a R1300GS like a supermoto? All foot out cranked over, well apparently you can! What about smashing the brakes to the max on a wet road over and over? Well we did that too. The tires, the abs, the bike itself all amazing. Makes up for the idiot riding the bike in the first place.

The fact that they are confident in the braking ability on wet paint. Wow, pucker factor haha. I really like Michelin motorcycle tires
Awesome video man. Definitely looks like a fun adventure. It's great to see how well different tires handle.
Crazy man. 6k views will get you to spain to test tires? Take me with you next time.
I will now consider Michelin tires. Your welcome Jake
How is gixxer brahs bike doing?
i bet that boxer engine is great in the winter for keeping your legs warm
Was the "Blow Test" mandated by Michelin Tire... lmFAO, I guess they did it for a few reasons? Liability is one & I guess for
better results since a drunk rides way differently, I guess.... I've never drank EXcept for those 8 dui's but who's counting?
Interesting video, should we buy their tires? peace
Watching this video wearing the same StarWars shirt lol
What up Jake, what's for dinner?
Chicken
Do cops care about wheelies in Spain?
Yep they do I live here and if u get caught ur pretty much fucked
The guides did motion for me to chill in a few spots where they knew cops would be
"It's my first day with words" 😂😂
I love seeing Jake do the cool stuff like this 😁
Was looking forward to a proper review on the new Michelin Anakee Road, but didn't see it here 🙄
I hate to just simp but its definitely hard to go wrong with a Michelin. Got Anakee 3's on my big 1250GS and they were carving it up real nice during my Tail of the Dragon trip last week. And despite getting the GS way cranked over in the corners hanging off it I wasn't able to shred the sides of the tires with the GS's massive girth. Didn't quite scrape peg or pannier or crashbar but my fancy BMW app reports 49 degrees of lean on one of the rides. No doubt either a Road or Anakee Road is going to replace them when they wear out.
Also have the City Grip 2's on my Grom and it has no problems scraping peg all day with those tires. They also hook up great in the wet.
Great video looks like a really good tire especially stopping on wet asphalt then sticking to the road after. It also seems like they taught a lot about the the tires. Again great video.
First like...let's see many more!!! :)
what tire pressures were they running ?
Wo.. I've been staying away from this account (mine not yours) for a while as I haven't seen much content I like lately, can't believe someone's finally taking you seriously and letting you test their shit.. They must've had a few screws come loose! It's okay California is trying to make all non-electric non-hybrid motorcycles illegal by 2030 and all parts for gas ones illegal so... that's a thing. Considering how many bikes are sold in this state, that'd likely kill the entire motorcycle industry. I've been kind of over motorcycle content lately just from being in a funk knowing that I'll probably never ride solo because of my back issues.. My lower back has gotten really bad, I can barely bend over anymore without being in insane pain and sometimes when I turn my legs just stop working for a split second and I have to fight to keep from falling.. most of the pain is in the first three vertebrae above my pelvis so that's right where wind pressure on a bike (or hitting a pothole) would always work. Part of me does wonder if riding would help strengthen my core muscles and help my back out but the risks, especially of a pothole shooting pain up my back and potentially even leaving me laying on the ground unable to move my legs just have me thinking it's a bad idea. (not that I can afford one being poor)
Enjoyed that Jake fantastic buddy 👍
How was the road noise on the Anakee Road?
cool
It's always good to see Jake happy, I'm glad you were invited and had heaps of fun, keep it up brother!
Tenereree 😂
Did you know uh Mississippi it's the law that you have gave to wheelie on bridges 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Was that the option 719 version of the gs? We got one in a t work it's a nice bike
It's my professional opinion that roundabouts are stupid, a waist of pavement.
