Hi Matt,the Salty Dog building was originally Jack's Hamburgers. When Jack's left it became Rick's hamburgers and they used the original Jack's sign and dropped the J and the A and replaced them with R and I. The front of the Starliner was parallel to Jack's and ran to the back of the property and made the turn coming back. The miracle strip story as told to me after it closed was that the 1st buyer bought the land and most of the rides for a few million dollars and a short time later sold to the 2nd buyer for much much more, making well over 20 million dollars. The 2nd buyer went bankrupt. He wanted to build condos there,but of course it fell through and as far as I know it is still in the hands of the bank.Cool video!!

The Miracle Strip Tower was damaged in 1995 from hurricane opel, They demolished in 1996. Also at one point WPFM radio was based out of there.
