If I had to make a guess based on Power Level: Lord X is basically God and sees humanity as Toys, while Cyn literally destroys planets. But Lord X has A LOT more durability than Cyn, and most likely is a lot faster than Cyn as well. But both of them most likely have around the same combat experience due to how ancient they are. But if I had to choose a winner, I would say Lord X with the Speed and Durability advantage. (But if we're talking literal, Lord X is confined to a PC Port, so Cyn may win if that's the case, unless Cyn was IN Lord X's world)
