That's a great price.
It' s not about the asking price, it' s about the the monthly upkeep expenses and cost of staff. They're offloading it because it costs too much to run. Probably haunted too.
If you want low maintenance, maybe you should look for a mobile home?

Not sure, but good to be aware that there will be some, I think France just raised second home property taxes, so taxes will be significantly less if it is your main abode
Well I must say it’s stunning but then you also have to consider the upkeep , taxes and various regulations in France besides the asking price ! It is completely worth it , but it would not be simple to own it as. Private individual !

@@Onlinepropertyexplorer 1) its 2.57 hectares not 257 hectares - as you can see at the site offering it. 2) yes, it would have been nice adding the link to your description. 3) the price is so low, because it is in "overall good condition", which means that you will have to renovate it soon AND it is listed, which makes renovating a real pain in the backside.
